Updates to the Destination Imagination Challenge Experience &
Team Film Challenge
Destination Imagination has included rules and guidelines for Generative AI in our Rules of the Road resource for the 2024-25 Challenge Experience, as well as the Team Film Challenge Rules for the 2024 Team Film Challenge. In these documents, you will find information about how your team’s use of Generative AI will influence scores, how to report your team’s use of Generative AI to the Appraisers, and what ethical and safety issues your team should consider when using these tools. Be sure to check these documents out!
For both the Challenge Experience and the Team Film Challenge, your team will need to fill out an online form that briefly describes your team’s use of Generative AI, the tools you used, and how the output influenced your team’s solution. A copy of this form can be found in the Challenge document for your team’s reference.
