To further this commitment, our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee is working to create meaningful, lasting change within our organization.
Our DEIB Committee operates on the following guiding principles:
- Listening to All Voices: Creating a culture of inclusion starts with ensuring every voice is heard and valued. By engaging with our diverse community, we gain vital insights to help shape a more inclusive future, one where everyone can thrive.
- Building Awareness and Equity: Through reflection and intentional action, we strive to recognize and address biases while implementing equitable practices that benefit everyone in the DI community.
- Expanding Access: We are actively identifying and removing barriers to participation, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity and resources to succeed within DI’s creative environment.
- Growing Together: We recognize that inclusion is a lifelong process. With open and honest communication, we remain committed to continuous learning and adaptation, creating sustainable change for years to come.
